A clear process.
A considered decision.

Start with your material requirements. We use them to open a supplier discussion, request a current written offer, and identify the details needed for a U.S. destination.

  1. 01

    Define the requirement

Set out your grade, dimensions, quantity, destination, and timing. Add drawings or a specification if you have them.

  2. 02

    Review supplier fit

Assess whether a potential supplier can meet the requirement, including origin, documentation, and inspection needs.

  3. 03

    Evaluate a written quote

Review confirmed pricing, availability, lead time, and the scope of the offer before deciding how to proceed.

  4. 04

    Agree the transaction

Specify the seller, importer of record, payment terms, inspection, and logistics responsibilities in the transaction agreement.

Good decisions
need the details.

A useful quote goes beyond a price per tonne. Make your documentation and inspection requirements part of the conversation from the start.

Include your specification

Material & traceability

Specify the standard, grade, dimensions, tolerances, and any mill test report or traceability requirements. Documents must be confirmed for the actual offer.

Origin & import review

Request country of origin and melt-and-pour information. A supplier’s location alone does not establish where steel was produced.

Inspection & acceptance

Define any independent inspection, testing, acceptance criteria, and who arranges and pays for them.

Delivered cost & responsibilities

Have a customs broker check classification, applicable duties, and licensing for the actual product and origin. Freight, insurance, and delivery terms need separate confirmation.

Is Ferrovenza Steel a mill or stockholder?

Ferrovenza Steel provides an independent sourcing inquiry channel. We do not present ourselves as the mill, stockholder, or an authorized representative of AlMohaileb Steels. The seller and its role are identified in each written offer.

Which products are available?

The supplied profile covers rebar, billets, railway steel, and hot-rolled, cold-rolled, and galvanized coils. These are inquiry categories. Stock, exact grades, minimum quantities, origin, certifications, and lead times require a current supplier quote.

Does an RFQ place an order or create a fee?

No. An RFQ is a nonbinding expression of requirements. It does not place an order, create a sale, accept a quote, or impose a buyer commission. Any brokerage fees require a separate written agreement with the party responsible for paying them.

Who handles importing, payment, and delivery?

Those roles are not predetermined. The seller, buyer, importer of record, payment recipient, inspection arrangements, and logistics responsibilities must be identified in the written transaction agreement.
